Once you have chosen a property you will need to complete a Tenancy Application Form. Which can be collected from our office or sent via email.
This should be returned to us with a payment for the relevant tenancy administration fee (refer to fee list below) made payable to ‘Alexander Greens Property Services’. You may withdraw your application within 24 hours and receive a refund of the fee. After this time the fee is forfeit if you withdraw as we will already have incurred costs in processing your application.
We will not remove a property from our availability list until we have received your form and payment, so if you wish to secure a property it is beneficial to get these to us at your earliest opportunity.
On occasion we may receive more than one application on a property. Our commitment is that we will only ever process one application at a time on a property so if multiple applications are received a decision will be made as to which application we will progress. Any unsuccessful parties will be informed at the earliest opportunity and receive a full refund of any amounts paid. We will also assist, if required, to find suitable alternative accommodation.
